A full carbureted build is made up of the 6 systems below. You may already have some of this on your bike - only add what you actually need.
GY6 CVK Carburetor Kit
Already have a carburetor? Skip this. The stock-style 24mm CVK carburetor that comes in every GY6 150cc engine - not built for performance, but great for fuel economy and smooth throttle. Includes a pod filter and jet kit (throttle cable sold separately).
GY6 PWK Complete Carburetor
Already have a carburetor? Skip this. A complete, pre-assembled PWK flat slide carburetor kit - includes the carb, intake manifold, pod filter, throttle cable, and full jet kit in your choice of size and finish.
GY6 FCR Complete Carburetor
Already have a carburetor? Skip this. The best-performing flat slide carburetor available - an accelerator pump gives instant throttle response with no bog. Comes fully assembled with a CNC intake manifold, pod filter, and jets (throttle cable sold separately).
Tuck Harness
The core of the whole system - controls your headlights, taillights, high/low beam, turn signals, horn, and start function. A clean, modular harness built to replace the mess of stock wiring.
Starter Solenoid & Wire Kit
Power, ground, and starter solenoid - high-flex 8-gauge wiring for reliable current flow to the starter. The same components used in every Rolling Wrench harness.
8 to 11 Pole Upgrade
A plug-and-play upgrade from an 8-pole to an 11-pole stator for stronger charging output - all connectors pre-configured.
18 Pole Upgrade
The most powerful charging system the GY6 platform can fit - works for both carbureted and EFI harnesses.
DC CDI/Coil Combo
A hard-wired, Taiwan-made CDI and coil combo for DC ignition setups - stronger spark, smoother idle, easier starts than the stock ignition. (Running EFI instead? It's included there - you won't need this too.)
Fuel Pump Pulser
Pairs with your OEM electric fuel pump to replace an unreliable vacuum pump - adjustable dial to fine-tune delivery. (Not needed for EFI - it has its own fuel system.)
Vacuum Fuel Pump
The simpler alternative to the pulser above - a genuine Mikuni vacuum-operated pump that needs no electricity, just a vacuum line off the intake.
Not part of the 6 core systems above, but a lot of builds still need one or more of these.
Switch Kit
Honda Ruckus hand controls are a must, as the tuck harness is designed for them. If you have a Maddog or anything else you will need these controls if you don't have them already.
LED Flasher Unit
Do you already have a flasher that works with LED turn signals? If not, this adjustable unit fixes hyper-flashing and lets you dial in the blink rate.
Lithium Scooter Battery
Need a battery? A high-end Italian-made lithium battery - about a third the weight of a standard battery with nearly double the cold cranking amps.
EFI builds use the same tuck harness, starting system, and charging upgrade as carb builds. Ignition and fuel delivery aren't listed here since the EFI kit itself already includes both.
ProBld Full Auto-Tune EFI System
Already running EFI? Skip this. Replaces your carb, CDI, and fuel pump with a self-tuning system that adjusts for altitude and temperature - ECU, sensors, ignition coil, and high-pressure fuel pump included.
