GY6 FCR Complete Performance Carburetor Kit
GY6 FCR Complete Performance Carburetor Kit
The FCR flat slide carburetor in our option is as good as it gets with carburetor performance. Better than a CV carburetor, better than a PWK carburetor, and better than the Smart Carburetor for performance. The reason this carburetor is so great is A: It has a accelerator pump, and B: it is a flat slide. Having both these features in this carburetor makes for super fast and and crisp throttle response. All across the board this carburetor beats any other carburetor out there in performance. If you have ever had wicked bog on your carburetor when you give it a hand full of throttle from a dig, this carburetor will be your best friend. The accelerator pump sprays fuel directly into the intake as you pull the throttle back, unlike the PWK and Smart carbs. This gives you instant response. No waiting for the fuel to get sucked through the jet, up through the emoltion tube and finally into the intake. INSTANT! Not to mention a flat slide has better throttle response in the mid and high rev range over any round slide or D slide carburetor. This FCR flat slide carburetor comes with everything (other than a PWK throttle cable, click here if you need one). We also install all the parts, making it as close to plug and play as possible. We start by installing our ProBld 5 axis cnc machined intake manifold on on the re-jetterd FCR carburetor. We jet it for sea level (44 pilot jet & 120 main). we also include extra jets if needed. Then we install our throttle cable guide along with a 1/4 to 3/16 fuel line adapter onto the carb, so you can run it on your scooter. Next we install the 2 inch uni pod filter. We include the mounting bolts and viton o-ring to mount the intake to the engine. One thing to note, this carburetor is pretty big! In most cases you will need our fully adjustable tall clocking flange to move the carburetor in a place it doesn't interfere with the frame. CLICK HERE
