Here it is! 6 years in the making! This is our latest version of the new ProBld GY6 full auto tune EFI system. Plug it in and go! Never worry about tuning your carburetor again! Fits any bike with a GY6 (qmj157) 150 or 171. If you don’t know what motor you have CLICK HERE. It doesn’t matter what harness you have. You will need a 11, 12 or 18 pole stator. A 8 pole stator won’t work. (Want to upgrade to 11 pole? CLICK HERE)

If you are unfamiliar with what exactly an electronic fuel injection (EFI) system can do for you, let me explain. A carburetor is analog, meaning you pull the carburetor apart to change jets, and adjust needle setting. The idea is to get the air fuel ratio perfect so your bike will run perfect. It’s somewhat of an art to learn carburetor tuning. When you finally get your carburetor tuning perfect, the atmospheric pressure (outside temperature, moisture in the air and your altitude) changes. Now you need to retune your carburetor. This is super annoying and dinosaurs technology. I mean the carburetor was invented in 1888 for god sakes! There is now a much much better way to deal with this issue digitally…. EFI!!

Our ProBld GY6 full auto tune EFI system is as easy as it gets to install! This system has an Atmospheric pressure sensor, Throttle position sensor and a narrow band o2 sensor to digitally change what is needed to have a perfect running engine all the time! Doesn’t matter if it’s a cold engine, you went up in altitude or temperature outside. It will always run perfect! This system works on any GY6 150cc and 171cc engine. We are still developing 180cc, 190cc, 205cc and 232cc tunes. THIS SYSTEM ONLY WORKS ON GY6 QMJ157 ENGINES. 2 wires wire it up. Power (+12v keyed) and the blue pickup wire from your stator (pickup coil). Unlike a carburetor an EFI system needs a return fuel line back to the gas tank. We have two options. We have an EFI gas cap. Remove your old gas cap and install the EFI cap, it has a return line on the top of it. This is the easiest way. Or we can supply a fuel nipple (included unless you choose our EFI fuel cap). You will need to drill a hole in your gas tank to install this (do this at your own risk). The neat thing is, our EFI system not only handles the fuel system, but the ignition system as well. You will no longer be using your CDI box or ignition coil. We include a EFI ignition coil in the kit. The CDI box is integrated into the EFI ECU (computer). You will also be changing the stators magneto, and swapping it for our EFI magneto. It’s very important you choose the correct stator size in the drop down so we supply the correct size EFI magneto. If you are running the stock Ruckus ECU (or running our Rolling Wrench GY6 wiring harness) you will need our extra fuel pump simulator CLICK HERE. This will trick the stock ECU into thinking a fuel pump is installed.

Kit includes:

- Full CNC ProBld EFI intake manifold (anodized gold) with viton o-ring and mounting hardware.

- Installed fuel injector

- Installed throttle body with ECU

- Installed UNI pod air filter

- High pressure fuel line

- Low pressure return fuel line

- EFI wiring harness (3 wires install)

- Return fuel nipple with viton o-ring (not included if you purchase a EFI gas cap)

- EFI fuel pump (42 psi) and mounting clamp

- EFI magneto (choose the correct stator size)

- Narrow band 02 sensor

- weld in exhaust bung for 02sensor

KIT DOES NOT INCLUDE (you may need):

- EFI return gas cap (optional) CLICK HERE

- Fuel pump simulator (must have if you still have the stock ruckus/metro ECU or are running our Rolling Wrench GY6 harness) CLICK HERE

 - PWK throttle cable (the stock CVK carburetor won’t work) CLICK HERE

- Magneto flywheel puller (you will need this to remove the old magneto) CLICK HERE
