This ProBld GY6 tuck harness is built as a clean, system-based wiring solution for GY6 Honda Ruckus and Maddog-style builds. It replaces the rat’s nest with a simple, modular layout that’s easier to install, easier to troubleshoot, and ready for EFI or carb setups using parts we actually trust.

But a lot of riders — especially Maddog owners and people doing full wire tucks — kept asking for a cleaner, fully custom harness solution. We didn’t want to release anything until it was truly dialed. After a ton of R&D… this is that harness.
This harness is different.
Instead of being one giant mystery loom, we designed it around **5 simple systems** that make the whole bike easier to understand and work on:
1. Accessories (this harness) – signals, lights, switches, etc.
2. Starting system – power/ground cables and starter solenoid
3. Ignition system – CDI box & ignition coil
4. Charging system – stator & rectifier/regulator
5. Fuel – EFI, electric Ruckus fuel pump, or vacuum fuel pump
By breaking it up this way, it’s way easier to upgrade individual systems, chase down issues, and wire tuck without losing your mind.
Benefits:
• Super clean layout — no more rats nest of random wires
• Easy to trace and diagnose any electrical issues
• Great platform for learning wiring if you’re new to it
• Perfect for GY6 Honda Ruckus builds, 150cc Maddog scooters, and other GY6 150–232cc machines with a **front-mounted battery**
This harness is specifically made to run in a **GY6 Honda Ruckus**. It’s plug and play in that application — no cutting, no splicing. If you’re using it on a **Maddog 150** or another GY6 platform, you’ll need to modify the ignition plug and headlight plug to match your machine. It’s straightforward stuff, but worth noting.

It's worth it i think
Looks and feels great! A bit short on cable length. If new to the gear, takes a bit of learning on which lug goes where.
Works great!
So far I love this harness is literally so clean! I ran it completely through the riders side of the sun frame then down under my bike through to the rear sub frame!!!
I was able to drill out multiple spots in my rear sub frame to give my bike that overall clean look and considering my Honda Ruckus is a Taida 232cc liquid cooled 4v I need a lot of extra wiring with having electric thermostat, fan & water pump!
But I added in a little more than just this harness I figured out the best way to do any liquid cooled gy6 is adding into the system a smart Relay/Fuse box kinda like the brains of a unit as I run my trail tech vapor, and liquid cooled accessories not covered by tuck harness!
