As you may or may not know, we've been selling our Rolling Wrench GY6 Ruckus 20 Minute Install Harness for years. That harness utilizes the factory Honda Ruckus wiring harness because we've always believed in keeping everything Honda reliable. We intentionally stayed away from replacing the factory wiring with cheap Chinese scooter components that often downgrade the scooter's reliability.

So why this harness?

For years we've had customers with Maddog scooters and builders wanting to tuck their GY6 Ruckus wiring asking for a complete solution. We didn't want to release one until it was done right. After a lot of R&D, it's finally here—built with premium components that we proudly stand behind, with quality that's better than OEM Honda.

This harness is different.

Unlike any other harness on the market, we designed this system to work in five individual wiring systems:

1. The Accessories (this harness)
2. The Starting System (power/ground cables & starter solenoid)
3. The Ignition System (CDI box & ignition coil)
4. The Charging System (stator & rectifier/regulator)
5. The Fuel System (EFI, electric Ruckus fuel pump, or vacuum fuel pump)

Benefits:

By separating the wiring into individual systems, it's incredibly easy to troubleshoot problems, upgrade components, and tuck wiring cleanly. This system is an excellent solution for a GY6 Honda Ruckus, 150cc Maddog, or virtually any GY6 150cc–232cc scooter with a front-mounted battery.

This harness is designed to be the foundation of a complete wiring system.

For a complete installation you'll also need:

• Starter Solenoid
• Power Wire
• Ground Wire
• Ruckus Switch Kit
• Flasher Relay
• 11 Pole or 18 Pole Charging System Upgrade
• EFI Auto Tune System or DC CDI/Coil Combo & Pulser Fuel Pump Kit (depending on your setup)

Important Things to Note 🚨

• This harness is specifically designed for GY6 Honda Ruckus swaps. Everything is completely plug-and-play with no cutting or splicing required.
• If you're installing this harness on a Maddog 150 or another GY6 scooter, you'll need to modify the ignition plug and headlight plug to fit your machine (easy peasy).
• This listing includes only the Accessory System (System #1). The Starting, Ignition, Charging, and Fuel systems are required for a complete wiring solution.

• Orange = Left Blinker
• Blue = Right Blinker
• Green (Dual Plug) = Blinker Ground (Optional)
• Black = Tail Light / Running Light
• Yellow = Brake Light
• Green = Brake Light Ground
• White = 12V Key On
• Brown = 12V Key On (Kill Switch OFF)
