Build Your EFI System
Our Plug & Play EFI kit swaps out your carburetor for fuel-injected reliability and easier starts. It's a great upgrade, but a few things need to line up correctly for it to run right. Answer a few quick questions below and we'll help you land on the right tune, charging setup, throttle cable, fuel pump, and O2 sensor hardware for your bike.
1. Engine & Tune
The EFI kit needs to be flashed with the tune that matches your engine — running the wrong tune can cause poor performance or a rough-running bike. Answer these two questions and we'll point you to the right one.

The core of your build. Choose the tune that matches your engine above — we'll try to pick it for you automatically, but you can always pick manually from the options list.
2. Charging System
Your charging system is vital to the EFI running correctly.
3. Throttle Cable
The EFI kit's throttle body is built around a PWK-style cable pull. If you're already running a PWK carb, your cable is fine as-is. If you're coming off a CVK carb, you'll need a different cable.
Quick way to check: if the end of your throttle cable is threaded, you have the wrong cable and will need a PWK-style cable. Threaded cables are for CVK only.
4. Fuel Pump
Good news — the EFI fuel pump ships with your kit, so there's nothing extra to add here for the pump itself. It can be mounted anywhere below the gas tank. If you're on a Ruckus, our titanium mount is a clean way to tuck the fuel pump and ignition coil together in the right spot under the tank.
ProBLD EFI Fuel Pump / Coil Titanium Mount (Ruckus)
Optional but recommended — a rubber-isolated titanium bracket that mounts your fuel pump and ignition coil together at the correct height, with the coil kept clear of EFI sensors and wiring. Ruckus-specific.
5. Exhaust & O2 Sensor
The EFI system comes with a narrow band O2 sensor (M12 x 1.25). Our kit is paired with a narrow band M12 x 1.25 bung that can be welded to your exhaust. If your exhaust already has a bung welded in, it's most likely the larger wide band (M18 x 1.5) bung — we offer a reducer to solve the O2 sensor fitment issue.
