GY6 Raw ProBld Yoshimura Exhaust System

Most GY6 exhaust systems cut corners where it counts—especially in the header. You’ll see plenty of setups using a high-end Yoshimura muffler, but they’re paired with thin, one-piece headers that tarnish fast and crack even faster. It’s a waste of a great muffler.

We’ve spent years testing what works (and what doesn’t), and this setup is the result: the GY6 ProBld Yoshimura Exhaust System—built specifically for the Honda Ruckus and Icebear Maddog.

This system pairs the legendary Yoshimura RS2 muffler with a header that finally lives up to it. You’re getting a polished, TIG-welded, stainless 2-piece header with an integrated wideband O2 bung (with cap), a triangle-style hanger for strength, and a clean heel guard to protect your kicks.

Kit Includes:

• Yoshimura RS2 mini muffler
• 2 piece polished stainless steel header with O2 bung & ProBld heel guard
• 1 O2 sensor cap with copper crush washer
• stainless steel triangle exhaust hanger with threaded mounting sleeve
• exhaust hanger bolts and spacer
• 2 stainless steel header mounting springs
• 2 stainless steel 1.8" muffler springs with Yoshimura rubber protection sleeves 
• 1 RS2  rubber dampening collar
• 1 anodized RS2 exhaust bracket collar
• 1 black aluminum RS2 bolt dress up washer
• 1 RS2  muffler bolt, nut and washer (you wont be using the nut and washer)

 Fitment:

  This header will fit all GY6 Honda Ruckus and Ice bear Maddog scooter with the (engine code) QMJ157 from 150cc to 232cc. If you have a 4 valve GY6 head this will not fit. The 4 valve head has a different design. The mount that comes with this kit will need to be shortened by about 2 inches if you are running the Dorby Works engine mount.
