The Details ⚙️

This kit is built specifically for the stock **49cc GET engine** found in the Honda Ruckus and 2003–2012 Honda Metro. It includes everything you need to overhaul the CVT — variator, rollers, belt, clutch, clutch bell, and a lightened drive face.

Roller tuning is where the magic happens. This kit includes **5g, 6g, and 7g rollers** so you can fine-tune engine RPM to match rider weight, riding terrain, and modifications.

The clutch comes pre-tuned with upgraded springs and a lighter clutch bell for faster engagement and better heat management. The result? Faster takeoff and noticeably better throttle response.

We highly recommend pairing this kit with a performance CDI for maximum top-speed gains 🔥

You will reuse: variator boss, backing plate, clutch nut, and variator nut.

Important Things to Note 🚨

  • DOES NOT FIT 2013+ fuel-injected Honda Metro models
  • Spacer is no longer required — clutch includes built-in offset
  • Lighter weights = higher RPM. Heavier weights = lower RPM.

Belt install trick: Twist the clutch clockwise while compressing it. That makes sliding the belt in 10x easier 😉
