Tired of constantly chasing carb tune on your GY6? This ProBld full auto-tune EFI system replaces your carb, CDI, and fuel pump with a modern, self-adjusting setup that runs clean in any temp or altitude. Plug it in, wire a few connections, and just ride.

🔍  Does this fit your bike?

  • GY6 QMJ157 engines only — 150cc & 171cc supported right now. 180/190/205/232cc tunes are still in development, not ready yet.
  • Requires an 11, 12, or 18 pole stator. 8-pole stators will NOT work with this system.
  • Compatible with pretty much any wiring harness — Ruckus swap harnesses, Chinese harnesses, etc.
  • Running a stock Ruckus ECU or a Rolling Wrench GY6 harness? You'll also need a fuel pump simulator so the ECU doesn't throw errors.

Need a stator upgrade first? 8 → 11-pole kit  |  Upgrade to 18-pole

⚠️  Before you order

  • This replaces your carb, CDI, and ignition coil — the old components aren't reused, so don't set them aside expecting to need them again.
  • You need a fuel return line back to the tank. Two ways to do it: our EFI gas cap (recommended, has a built-in return port) or the included drill-in tank nipple — drilling your tank is at your own risk.
  • Select the correct stator size in the dropdown below — this determines which EFI magneto we send you.

✓  What's in the box

  • Full CNC ProBld EFI intake manifold (anodized gold) with Viton o-ring & hardware
  • Installed fuel injector
  • Installed throttle body with integrated ECU
  • Installed UNI pod air filter
  • High-pressure fuel line + low-pressure return fuel line
  • EFI wiring harness (3-wire install)
  • Return fuel nipple with Viton o-ring (not included if you purchase an EFI gas cap)
  • EFI fuel pump (42 psi) + mounting clamp
  • EFI magneto — matched to the stator size you select
  • Narrowband O2 sensor + weld-in O2 bung for your exhaust

Why EFI instead of a carb? A carb is analog — you physically swap jets and move needles to chase the right air/fuel ratio, and the moment the weather, altitude, or humidity changes, you're back to guessing. This system uses an atmospheric pressure sensor, a throttle position sensor, and a narrowband O2 sensor to constantly adjust fueling in real time, so it self-corrects for cold starts, altitude, and temperature swings without you touching a thing.

Wiring is simple: +12V keyed power, a pickup signal from your stator, and the rest is handled through the included harness.
