If you changed your intake, exhaust, elevation, or just want your GY6 running as smooth as possible, you'll need the right jets to dial in your air-fuel mix. This kit gives you a full spread of CVK pilot and main jets so you can fine-tune your setup without the guesswork.
The Details ▶
Whether you upgraded your exhaust, installed a pod filter, or moved somewhere with totally different altitude, rejetting your carb is the key to bringing your scooter back into that perfect air-fuel balance. This kit includes a wide range of both pilot jets and main jets, giving you everything you need to sort out low-end response and full-throttle fueling.
CVK Pilot Jet Sizes Included:
32, 35, 38, 40, 42, 45, 48, 50, 52, 55
CVK Main Jet Sizes Included:
100, 105, 108, 110, 115, 120, 125, 130, 135, 140
If you want to really take the guesswork out of tuning, pair these jets with a wideband O2 kit — it makes tuning way faster, way easier, and way more accurate.

Important Things to Note ▶
• These jets fit CVK-style carburetors commonly used on GY6 scooters.
• If your scooter bogs, surges, or pops after intake/exhaust changes, rejetting is usually required.
• Pilot jets affect idle and low-speed response; main jets affect mid-to-wide-open throttle.
• Altitude plays a big role — higher elevation typically needs smaller jets.
• A wideband O2 kit will give you exact AFR numbers and speed up the tuning process dramatically.
If you need help choosing a starting point for your specific setup, feel free to reach out — we’ve dialed in hundreds of GY6 carbs.
