It’s much much lighter then the stock stuff, and is set up to pull max power out of the engine by allowing the engine to rev higher. Lighter rotating mass and higher revving engine = Performance. Not to mention the clutch grabs better the. Any clutch on the market. Expect much better acceleration and improved top speed! This kit comes with a clutch contra spring, variator, variator boss with spacers, backing plate, 3 9G rollers, 3 8G rollers, 3 7G rollers, a colorful drive face, and the Reveno Clutch. You will re use your pulley and belt (they don’t come in this kit). The drive face is always changing. It will be a surprise on what design you get. All of them are limited edition.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Inside the box we have Reveno Only bushing and 1mm bushing washer. When to use the bushing washer? - “Using the brand new variator belt, install the washer and use it for the first 8000 kilometers”, “After 8000 kilometers of use please remove the washer”.
(8000 kilometers are suggested value, the actual value should be based on the wearing situation)

2. Before installation, please do “Remove the protection oil and clean the variator”.

3. The centric piercing of the variator is self-lubricating bearing of cooper powder metallurgy, it’s normal to have ooze of oil after usage.

4. Use M5 6MM screws for plastic fan, tightening torque 2.2N.m. (Tightened before shipment)

5. The image types of plastic fan are randomly ship, not accept designation.

6. This product is made from ADC 14 Copper aluminum alloy by die casting, quality inspection completed before shipment.
