Stop guessing your carb tune. This Rolling Wrench Wideband O2 Sensor Kit gives you real-time AFR readings, making jetting accurate, fast, and frustration-free. No more plug reading or endless rejetting — just precise data so you can tune with confidence.

The Details
Carb tuning without an AFR gauge is just guessing — and guessing takes forever. This complete Rolling Wrench Wideband O2 Sensor Kit gives you the most accurate, fast-responding air-fuel ratio readings possible so you can tune correctly the first time.

We spent over a year testing sensors and manufacturers to find the highest-quality, fastest-responding components. The result is the best wideband kit available for scooters, small engines, and GY6 builds — hands down.

The included Bosch wideband O2 sensor reads your exhaust gases and sends exact AFR numbers to the gauge, eliminating plug-reading or guesswork. Just weld the included bung into your exhaust (unless your system already has one) and you’re ready to go.

Included in the complete kit:
  • Rolling Wrench AFR gauge
  • Gauge cup
  • Gauge sun visor
  • Gauge cup mount + hardware
  • Flat surface dash mount
  • Bosch wideband O2 sensor
  • Power bank computer module
  • Weld-in O2 bung + cap
  • O2 sensor wiring harness
  • Power harness (black = ground, orange/red/white = 12V power)
  • Gauge-to-computer harness
  • Data logging cable
  • Instruction booklet

Whether you're tuning for stock reliability, installing a big bore kit, or chasing perfect throttle response, this kit gives you the data you need to tune confidently and accurately.
Important Things to Note
Tuning AFR Reference Numbers:

Idle: 13.3–14.7 AFR (12–12.5 AFR if running a performance cam)
Cruise: 13–13.3 AFR Full Throttle: 12–12.5 AFR

These AFR values give you the best throttle response, performance, and safe combustion.

Welding the included bung into your exhaust header is required unless your header already has a wideband port. Data logging is supported for advanced tuning.
