Please allow 1 business day for us to contact you, this isn’t for emergencies and we aren’t on standby by for those type of situations. We are still a fully functional online store, so we have to fit these appointments into an allotted time. If for some reason we are unable to help, or it’s outside of our knowledge base, you will be issued a full refund.
