The Details ⚙️

This variator was built through real testing — not guessing. After comparing multiple variators and setups, ProBld and Reveno teamed up to design a no-compromise performance system for the GY6 (QMJ157). The result is aggressive ramp angles for harder acceleration and improved speed carry, paired with an abstract-designed lightened drive face that includes an integrated cooling fan.

Unlike most kits that require tuning upgrades later, this setup includes three full sets of high-grade rollers (10g, 11g & 12g) — giving you the flexibility to dial in your build whether you're running 125cc or pushing past 200cc. Rollers beat sliders during testing, so that’s what made it into the final kit.

• Heavier rollers may be needed for engines over ~205cc.
