GY6 Fuel Injected High Altitude 171cc Performance Kit

 This is our all in one fuel injected 171cc High Compression/High Altitude kit. This kit will bring your 150cc engine from 7.5 hp to around 13 hp. The best thing about this kit is how easy everything is! We spent years dialing in this EFI kit. 3 wires installs it, and best of all it tunes it self tunes (auto tune), no need to deal with a carburetor and jetting. This kit is specifically tuned for the 171cc engine. Cold starts very easy, auto tunes for outside temperature and altitude. Just get on and ride, no baloney!  Choose your stator size in the drop down so the proper EFI magneto is supplied.

This kit will come with a domed style piston. This raises the compression ratio. Its a must if you ride in an area that is 3000 feet or more above sea level. The higher you go in elevation, the more your compression is lowered. You can install this kit in a sea level engine no problem. Just know you will need a high torque starter and performance starter clutch. The high altitude people won’t need those parts.

This has all the performance you need put into one kit! We have spent years testing and selling other kits. Some things we liked and others we didn't. We pieced this kit together with the best of the best materials (rings, gaskets, springs, and metals). This high compression 171cc kit (or as some call it 172cc) requires no case boring unlike some others on the market, and is also a "drop in" kit. It is the largest big bore kit you can do on the GY6 A motor (Chinese GY6 QMJ157). Like they say, “there is no replacement for displacement“.

Another cool thing is, the piston ring end gaps have been set and installed into the cylinder. This eliminates a ton of work and liability on your end. Easy peezy! For the money, this kit flat out rocks! We even have a install video!

**PISTON RING GAPS HAVE BEEN MEASURED AND PRE-INSTALLED ONTO THE PISTON, THEN INSTALLED INTO THE CYLINDER. THIS IS A LUXURY SERVICE YOU WILL NOT GET IN OTHER KITS. SLIDE THE PISTON DOWN JUST FAR ENOUGH TO INSTALL THE PISTON PIN, WITHOUT EXPOSING THE RINGS**

This will fit most QMJ157. Please refer to the video in this listing for fitment, because there are some engines this will not work on, and we explain why!

ATTENTION BUGGY OWNERS: We have not yet perfected all the GY6 engine models for buggies to know if this kit will fit or not. Buy at your own risk!

All you have to do is decide if you want a forged piston or cast piston in your kit. You may find other kits for half the price, online but note, they are made in China. This kit is made in Taiwan and there is a HUGE difference in quality.
