Malossi Zuma Engine kit

This is the perfect starter setup for your 2002–2011 Yamaha Zuma. You’ll see a serious gain in both low-end torque and top-end speed compared to stock. Everything you need to get your scooter dialed in and ready to rip is included in one package.

Includes: Malossi Sport 70cc cylinder kit, Malossi Flip Sport exhaust, Top Performances Trophy CVT kit with matching belt, Dell’Orto main jet kit (90–108) for the stock Zuma carburetor, tube of ProCure sealant, Prima roller tuning kit (16x13), NCY 1500rpm clutch springs for the stock clutch, white Malossi torque spring, and an NGK BR9HS spark plug to top it all off.

Fitment: Designed for 2002–2011 Yamaha Zuma (horizontal Minarelli). Also compatible with Yamaha Jog and Vino — contact us if you’d like the correct belt swapped in for your setup.

Upgrade Option: For an additional $106, you can upgrade the Malossi Flip Sport exhaust to a derestricted Yasuni R for even more performance.
