Honda Ruckus CDI / Coil Combo - Plug & Play

We know how gutless a stock Honda Ruckus is. Trying to gain speed with cars right on your tail. It’s embarrassing and frustrating. The Honda Ruckus has a lot more performance potential than you are used to. That’s why we built our own microprocessor Honda Ruckus CDI / Coil Combo.

This simple performance plug and play unit removes the factory 8k rpm rev limiter, advances the timing and has a built in performance ignition coil.

It installs in about 20 minutes, no cutting or splicing of any type and will give you better acceleration and top speed. Use our step by step install video to make life really easy. 

Other modifications included a big carb, CVT kit and exhaust to achieve these speeds. To make these results even better, we are a mile above sea level at 5700 feet. We loose 20% of our power up here because of the thin air. Imagine if we did this same test at sea level in Florida or California...

The Details

 This performance CDI coil combo is specifically designed for the Honda Ruckus (GET 49cc engine only). This is a performance CDI box and coil in one. There is no need to purchase a CDI box and a performance coil. This is an all-in-one solution. We have made this unit plug and play. No cutting or splicing wires of any type. 20 minute install.

It’s loaded with performance functionality! It has a microprocessor to carry out multiple functions. Advances the timing (resulting in better acceleration), removes the rev limiter (resulting in better top speed), and has an integrated high voltage 32kv ignition coil, stock is 15kv(resulting in a much better spark at the start of combustion).

You won’t find this many performance features in a Ruckus CDI on the market. This is by far the best option for performance.

Fits Honda Ruckus 2002-Present only (will not fit any other model)

VERIFY YOU ARE HITTING YOUR STOCK REV LIMIT FIRST. OTHERWISE, YOU WON'T SEE TOP SPEED BENEFITS, ONLY ACCELERATION BENEFITS.

Results WILL vary, depending on modifications already done, weight of the rider, altitude, terrain & year of Ruckus. We cannot promise the same results we achieved based on that.

Do to the improved spark from the performance ignition coil the fuel will be burned up a lot more efficiently than the stock set up, resulting in a lean condition. In some cases a rejet is necessary.

2002-2006 Ruckus factory rev limiter is set at 8000rpm. (Video testing was done on a 2006).

2006-Present Ruckus factory rev limiter is at 8850rpm.
