Who doesn’t like plug & play performance for your Honda Ruckus / metro? We’ll close to plug and play. This Rolling Wrench complete performance 19mm CVK carburetor kit is an all in one solution. It comes with a CVK style carburetor with an intake that is 3mm larger than the stock carburetor. (more air in, more air out = Performance). This carburetor has an accelerator pump unlike the stock set up. This gives you more power off the dig without a big! Not to mention it comes with a 90 degree silicone intake with uni filter and a 21 piece jet kit to dial the air fuel ratio in perfectly. Because this style carburetor requires a different electrical connector to plug in the auto choke, we supply the adaptor. No cutting or splicing wires of any type…. You know how we do it :-).

Plug and play fast easy just as shown in website no complaints 5/5
Great upgrade, if you are running a stock carb, you NEED this, or the 20mm if you can afford it. I'm very happy to have this 19mm because I am on a fixed income. If I miss a few meals at the end of the month, I won't regret it. I estimate the weight of myself, my Pitbull, basic tools and a gallon jug of water to be around 275- 280 pounds. I'm in the Ouachita Mountains, and I replaced the 5g weights in my variator with 7g. I'm climbing hills several mph faster and my top end is just a hair to the right of the temperature warning light which I guesstimate to be around 52-53mph. I now have to be careful to not get a speeding ticket! If I get a speeding ticket on my Ruckus with a GET motor, I will frame it and send Matt a copy for his wall too!
I'm not a mechanic, I'm just a parts changer. I can't afford $100 an hour at the Honda dealership and they are the only people in town that I trust. Rolling Wrench is owned by a very nice, knowledgeable and trustworthy couple who are living the American Dream. This carburetor kit is plug and play. I was not confident in my ability to deal with a carburetor. I used Matt's how to clean your carburetor video and even though I really don't know what I'm doing, it was very self evident on how to proceed because the kit is plug and play. Besides the quality, it's really awesome that I have the choice between the 19mm carb kit and the 20mm carb kit because I'm on a fixed income and the $100 makes a big difference, but I still get a great upgrade for my Ruckus, which is my sole means of transportation. I'm thankful for Matt and Tia and I love supporting small businesses and the people behind them living the American Dream. Rolling Wrench should always be your first choice. Forever Two Wheels
Pretty solid replacement. Only critique, is that it doesn’t fit with the stock intake coupler and there isn’t an adapter available or offered with the kit, like the 20mm one has.
It was jetted to lean at 0.031" main as received. Ran great but burned the piston. Totaled the engine. I measured it afterward. Main bennifit is the accelerator pump shot. Otherwise no difference in overall power output. The engine needs better valve springs for higher RPM and a better cam to use the incresed carb flow.
