  • This is a DIY swap kit — it requires real mechanical experience, and we're not liable for install issues. Lean on the install video if you get stuck.
  • The motor mount is steel and needs some grinding and drilling — the video walks through exactly where.
  • The mount itself has changed since our older videos: it's now a black steel mount, since the Composimo version is no longer available.
  • The engine ships with no oil — add oil before your first start.
  • Kickstand and rear shock have both been upgraded since older photos/videos — the kickstand now clears aftermarket pegs, and the shock is an improved match.
  • The exhaust system is not included — see our recommended pick above.
