If your GY6 won’t stop popping or backfiring on decel, the PAIR valve is usually the culprit. This ProBld block-off plate deletes the PAIR system completely, giving you a cleaner look and eliminating that annoying “lean backfire” sound.

If your scooter backfires every time you let off the throttle — even after rejetting or tuning — it’s almost always the PAIR valve causing it. The PAIR system injects fresh air into the exhaust port, which ignites unburned fuel and makes the engine sound lean even when it’s not.
Blocking the PAIR valve off instantly fixes that issue.
This is our updated ProBld design: a **5mm thick anodized black aluminum plate** with our laser-etched logo. It's durable, clean-looking, and fits perfectly. Just remove your PAIR valve, reuse your factory gasket and bolts, or use the included stainless hardware.
