GY6 Variator Kit

This is now our second choice. The NCY Teflon Coated variator keeps debris from sticking to the surface, resulting in longer lasting sliders and rollers. Kit also includes Dr. Pulley sliders and the NCY drive face. All you need to do is choose your slider weight. We like 11g if you are under 200lbs, and if you are over 200lbs go with 10g. With the stock clutch set up, you will get much better acceleration and maybe even a little more top speed. Huge upgrade over stock! Pair this with our Reveno clutch and ahhhhh! Secret sauce!!!

This kit will fit GY6 125-232cc (QMJ157) engines.

If you have a 171cc engine, go up 1 gram in variator weight.
If you have a 180cc or 190cc, go up 2 grams in variator weight.
