This has become our **second-choice variator** for the GY6 when riders want a noticeable improvement over stock without going full race-spec. The NCY variator uses a Teflon-coated surface to keep friction low and prevent roller dust buildup, which means your rollers and sliders last longer and maintain performance over time.

The kit includes the NCY drive face and genuine Dr. Pulley sliders — no cheap parts here. With a stock clutch setup, you’ll see quicker acceleration and potentially a bump in top speed depending on your roller weight and overall setup. Pair it with a Reveno clutch and… well… now you’re cooking 🔥

Important Things to Note 🚨

• Fits GY6 125–232cc (QMJ157) engines.
• Best roller weight depends on rider weight and engine size:
• 🧍‍♂️ Under 200 lbs → 11g
• 🧍‍♂️ Over 200 lbs → 10g
• 171cc → +1g from the above
• 180cc–190cc → +2g from the above
