This fully assembled Rolling Wrench CVT kit is built specifically for the GY6 150cc (QMJ157). We combined high-quality components from multiple manufacturers, pre-assembled everything, and eliminated the special tools normally required. It’s a clean upgrade in both performance and reliability.
The Details ▶
Most CVT kits on the market ship disassembled and require special tools to put together correctly. We handled all of that for you. The rear pulley assembly is fully built, the clutch and contra spring are already installed, and the variator is ready to go. Just bolt everything up and ride.
What makes this kit solid:
• High-quality adjustable steel rear pulley (stronger and smoother than stock)
• Contra spring + clutch pre-installed
• Lightweight performance clutch bell
• Complete variator with 11g rollers
• Choose your CNC lightweight drive face fan: red, green, gold, or blue
You’ll reuse your stock variator boss, washers, and nuts — everything else is included. You can also add a belt to the kit if you want the full 100% refresh (belt is optional and not included by default).
For the price, this setup is honestly tough to beat. It’s been a super reliable combo in all our in-house testing.
Important Things to Note ▶
• Belt is **not included** — add it if you want a fully refreshed CVT setup.
• You’ll reuse your stock variator boss, nut, and washer.
• The drive face fan color is up to you — all options function the same.
• Since the clutch and pulley arrive fully assembled, no specialty tools are required.

I love it
Nice build quality I love the fact that the drive face looks to be a naraku but with a rolling wrench pro bld sticker slapped on it but other than that the 10g rollovers that come in the kit are way to light idk at least for me I’m running a 26mm rolling wrench problem carb with a over drive gears and finally this cvt kit I’m looking to get a cam also what rolles/ slider weight for a gy6150.
