GY6 ProBld Header for Yoshimura RS2 Mini - NO MUFFLER INCLUDED

If your Yoshimura RS3 Mini exhaust came with a low-grade header that’s now tarnished or cracked, this upgraded polished stainless ProBld header is the fix. Built for durability, performance, and proper flex, it includes a wideband bung, heat guard, hardware, and a flex-spring two-piece design that prevents failure and keeps your Yoshimura setup running reliably.

The Details

Our ProBld header is constructed from polished stainless steel with clean, TIG-welded seams to match the quality of your Yoshimura RS3 Mini muffler. It features a built-in wideband O2 bung and an integrated heat guard for both tuning upgrades and rider protection.

The two-piece header design is connected using stainless springs — allowing controlled flex and movement. This prevents cracking and makes fine alignment adjustments easy. We’ve seen too many single-piece headers break from vibration, so this design directly solves that problem.

Also included is a heavy-duty stainless steel triangular exhaust hanger with hardware. A triangle provides the strongest structural support — especially important for GY6 platforms known for vibration. After years of testing many GY6 exhaust systems, we engineered what we believe is the most refined and reliable Yoshimura-compatible GY6 header available.

• O2 bung cap with copper crush washer

• (2) stainless TIG welded header springs

Important Things to Note

This listing is for the header, bracket, and hardware only. No muffler is included. You will reuse your existing Yoshimura RS3 Mini muffler, spacer(s), mounting springs, and muffler hardware from your prior setup.

This header is specifically designed for the Yoshimura RS3 Mini with a 1.75" (1-3/4") inlet.

Fitment

Fits all GY6 Honda Ruckus and Icebear Maddog models using the 157QMJ-style engine from 150cc–232cc.
Not compatible with 4-valve GY6 heads. The port angle and flange design differ and will not seal correctly.
