 Did you purchase a Yoshimura exhaust system that came with a low grade header and now it’s tarnished or maybe even cracked? We have been in your shoes! We have a solution! This is our Yoshimura RS3 mini ProBld header. Our polished tig welded header will match the quality of the yoshimura muffler and keep it reliable.

 

The Details: 

Our ProBld header is a polished stainless steel tig welded header with a built in wide band bung and heat guard. Not to mention our header is a 2 piece. The two header pieces are attached with springs, this allows the header to flex and for easy adjustment. This is a must, we have seen headers crack… a lot! We also include a nice and strong triangular tig welded stainless steel hanger with hardware. A triangle is the strongest shape, these GY6 engines vibrate a lot. This beats a single arm mounting bracket. We picked apart all the exhaust systems we have used over the years. We think this is the ultimate GY6 header.

 

 Kit Includes:

  • 2 piece polished stainless steel header with O2 bung & ProBld heel guard
  • 1 O2 sensor cap with copper crush washer
  • stainless steel triangle exhaust hanger with threaded mounting sleeve
  • exhaust hanger bolts and spacer
  • 2 stainless steel header mounting springs

 

Please Note:

 THIS LISTING IS FOR HEADER, MOUNTING BRACKET & HARDWARE. NO MUFFLER IS INCLUDED. you will reuse your muffler/ hardware. No muffler mounting springs, or spacers are included. You should have those from your old system.
This ProBld header is designed to be used with the Yoshimura RS3 Mini, they have a 1.75 (1 3/4) muffler inlet. 

 

 Fitment:

  This header will fit all GY6 Honda Ruckus and Ice bear Maddog scooter with the (engine code) QMJ157 from 150cc to 232cc. If you have a 4 valve GY6 head this will not fit. The 4 valve head has a different design.
