A polished stainless two-piece header for GY6 Ruckus builds, available with a 1.75" inlet for the Yoshimura RS2 Mini muffler or a 2" inlet for universal-fit mufflers. TIG-welded seams, a wideband O2 bung, a heat guard and a pair of stainless flex springs keep it looking good and help prevent the cracking that single-piece headers are known for.

Honda Ruckus and Icebear Maddog models with the 157QMJ-style GY6 engine, 150cc–232cc.
Not compatible with 4-valve GY6 heads. The port angle and flange design differ and will not seal correctly.
1.75" muffler inlet (Yoshi RS2 Mini): made for the Yoshimura RS2 Mini muffler.
2" muffler inlet (Universal): for other mufflers with a 2" inlet.
⚠️ Before you order
The exhaust hanger is different on each option. The 1.75" Yoshi RS2 Mini option has a threaded hanger. The 2" Universal option has a non-threaded hanger. Pick the one that matches how your muffler mounts.
Header, hanger and hardware only. No muffler is included.
On the Yoshi RS2 Mini option, you reuse your existing Yoshimura RS2 Mini muffler, spacer(s), mounting springs and muffler hardware.
Why two pieces? The flex-spring design allows controlled movement, which prevents cracking from vibration and makes fine alignment easy.
The triangular hanger gives the strongest support on a GY6, which is known for vibration.
No returns on performance parts. Double-check your engine and muffler inlet size before ordering.
