Need to install a new clutch or remove your old one on a GY6 engine? This is the socket you need. Most people don’t have a socket this size, and it’s nearly impossible to find at your local auto parts store.

The Details

This socket is **39mm on one side and 41mm on the other**, designed specifically for GY6 clutch nuts. It works on virtually all GY6-style clutch pulleys, including:

  • QMB139 (50cc)
  • QMI152 / QMI157 (125–150cc)
  • QMJ157 (150–232cc)

If it’s a GY6 — this socket will get the job done.

Important Things to Note
  • Verify your clutch nut size if you’re running a **non-standard aftermarket pulley**.
  • Use an **impact gun or clutch holding tool** to safely remove and install the nut.
  • Always torque your clutch nut back to spec — overtightening can damage the clutch bell threads.
