Nobody like pulling jets in and out, adjusting air screws and needle with no basis to go off of. Without an AFR gauge (air fuel ratio gauge) you are literally guessing. Carburetor tuning is probably one of the most frustrating things in the world of mechanics. It doesn't have to be! That's why we made our very own wide band o2 sensor kit. Gone are the days of pulling your spark plug and trying to read the color. That's never very accurate anyways. With this wide band system you will know exactly what your air fuel ratio is every time you make a tuning change, leaving the guess work out of the equation. So you really have two options, time or money. Guessing takes a ton of time. Having the right tool for the job saves you a ton of time, and you know it will be done right. |
Details: If you are shooting for the perfect tune and want the fastest gauge out there, this Rolling Wrench wide band O2 sensor and gauge is the perfect set up. We spent over a year testing and tuning with different manufacturers to find the best quality and fastest sensors out there. There isn’t a better kit on the market, I promise! This will measure the air fuel ratio from your exhaust. No more guessing or plug reading. This makes life easy. The Bosh O2 sensor measures the exhaust gases from the engine and sends a signal to the gauge to tell you exactly what your air fuel ratio (AFR) is in numbers. Use notes below as a reference for tuning your AFR. You will need to weld the supplied bung into your exhaust, unless of course it already has a bung. This gauge even has data logging connections!
