 Are you sick of dealing with your vacuum operated pulse fuel pump? I know! Me too. We have tried everything to try to make those stupid vacuum pumps reliable, from inline one way valves, to the top of the line “Mikuni” pumps. Nothing is as reliable as Honda OEM electric fuel pump. Turn the key on, the fuel pumps. No more cranking over your engine until the battery is nearly drained, or making out with your gas tank to get the fuel flowing. Not only that, these vacuum pumps cause all kinds of over or under fuel delivery issues. 

    

The Details

 Gone are the days of all that s#it! This is our ProBld fuel pump pulser. It utilizes the OEM Honda Ruckus fuel pump. Simply plug one end of the plugs into 12v (D/C) keyed power (it’s made plug and play for taillight plug to make life easy) and the other end into the OEM Honda fuel pump. Turn the key on and it pumps. One really neat feature is there is a dial on the unit to speed up or slow down the fuel delivery. Adjust it to your fuel delivery needs. Our electric fuel pump / pulser kit can be installed on anything with a single carburetor up to 700cc. We have seen these used on ATV’s, outboard boat engines, lawn tractors and of course GY6 engines. Really anything that has a 12v system that had the vacuum pump to begin with. All you need is this pulsar unit, a genuine Honda Ruckus fuel pump and a 12v d/c wire to tap into for power. We make it plug and play if you have a D/C taillight.

 

Things To Note:

This unit will only work with DC power. If you try to wire it to AC power you will damage the unit.

You will need a good Honda made fuel pump. All Honda fuel pumps have "Made in Japan" printed on the side. Never use the cheap replica pumps found on Amzon and Ebay!

It works great, everything as expected, I do need to upgrade my wiring and my stator for a dc version but I managed to wire a DC connection to the pulser and it works great

I’ve got to say this fixed my fuel problems trying to prime the line from the tank in front of me to the carb behind me. I used to have to blow a few heavy breaths into the fuel tank to push fuel up the line on my 2004 John Deere Trail Buck 650 atv. Now I just turn the key on and wait a couple seconds and I’m not out of breath with my cheeks hurting. Primes perfectly and is adjustable for my carb’s settings. What a great product and not difficult to install barring some basic mechanic skills.

If you are thinking about buying this, stop thinking and pull the trigger. Best thing I ever did! Bike starts. It runs better. Easy to install (i did not use the stock plugs and had to do some witing but it was dead simple)
