After years of testing every Ruckus/Maddog exhaust on the market, we finally built the one we always wanted — a stainless, 3-piece header with perfect fitment, clean TIG welds, O2 bung support, beefy brackets, and two carbon fiber muffler options. Deep tone, rock-solid construction, and designed specifically for Ruckus and Maddog builds.
The Details ▶
We’ve sold just about every GY6 exhaust over the years, and every single one left us wishing we could tweak something. So… we finally did it ourselves. This ProBld system was built from the ground up with everything we always wanted in an exhaust.
3-Piece Stainless Header
The header is made from three individual stainless sections connected by stainless springs. Why? Zero fitment headaches, and way less stress on the metal — meaning no more cracked headers after a few rides. They’ll never rust, and the stacked TIG welds look absolutely mint.
Built-In O2 Bung
Every header comes with an O2 bung welded in. Whether you’re planning to run EFI or tune with a wideband, you’re already set. Don’t need it? We include a stainless cap.
Beefy Mounting Hardware + Clean Fitment
The bracket is thick, strong, and designed to survive real riding. This exhaust works with both skinny and wide tire Ruckus/Maddog setups without weird angles or rubbing issues.
Two Carbon Fiber Muffler Styles
Choose between the standard carbon fiber weave or the stealth-style carbon muffler. Both deliver a deep, throaty tone — none of the cheap, tinny sound you get from thin headers.
If you want the look without all the volume, we even offer an optional baffle.
Updates & Improvements
• We discontinued the all-black muffler because the finish would fade — it’s chrome now for long-term durability.
• We added a ProBld heat shield after seeing too many melted shoes on older designs.
• If you’re using a DorbyWorks engine mount, you’ll need to shorten the included bracket by about 2 inches.
This exhaust is built specifically for the Honda Ruckus and Icebear Maddog — no universal fit nonsense.
